The PATMAI in a kiosk dealing w/ the selling of siomai in different kiosk and tastes
Executive Summary
The PATMAI will be specialize in selling siomai both fried and steamed. The
PATMAI siomai can be be pork, beef, fish, chicken and sharkfin. The
PATMAIproducts will be coming from the manufacturer of siomai and the like.
The PATMAI will also offer rice and drinks in affordable prize. Our product can be
sold in siomai alone or a combination of rice and siomai.
The PATMAI will focus on two market:
The Daily Commuter- someone travelling to/from work and school, out
shopping, delivering goods & services or just out for a drive.
The Captive consumer- someone who is in a restricted environment that
does not allow convenient departure and return while searching for snack
or where snacks are an integral part of the environment
The proposed business location for PATMAI store will be in downtown of
Dasmarinas, Cavite. The said location will penetrate the commuter and captive
consumer markets.
The PATMAI sales strategy includes hiring employees who genuinely enjoying
their jobs. I will continually assess all aspects of the business and interact with our
customers personally, evaluating food choices for popularity and keeping
favorites always
The PATMAI objectives is to operate and grow at a profitable rate through sound
economic decisions at the same time providing the customers the food in a
convenient and efficient time
The key to success of PATMAI are:
1) The visibility, traffic pattern and convenient access of its locations
2) The cheerful, skilled and well trained friendliest servers.
3) The affordability of the products to consumers either students, workers and
others.
4) Positive image and word-of-mouth advertising
5) The store will be visually attractive, clean, fast and efficient operations
THE PRODUCT:
PATMAI siomai will be delivered by the contact distribution/ manufacturer which
will be stored at the freezer
PATMAI siomai will offer different variety of siomai can be pork, beef, spicy fish
and sharksfin. I will also offer juice and flavored rice.
PATMAI siomai will be sold in four pieces per stick per variety with or without rice
in a Styrofoam w/ its unique home made sweet chili sauce
As the customer ordered that will be the time the siomai will fry except for the
steamed. The steamed siomai will keep hot in the steamer.
Each customer will pay first as they order and numbered the receipt given by
cashier in order to serve the first one
MARKETING PLAN:
The business locational of PATMAI is near the church, school, market, business
establishment and municipal hall. So targeted buyers are the students, workers
and others passers-by.
Through flyers and word of the mouth the PATMAI will be well known to the
targeted buyers. The affordable prize to every customer will attracted them
added the delicious taste of siomai w/ sweet chili sauce and the flavoured rice
