Flowchart - Item Master

Drawing is pushed into the documentum by draftsmen and marked as complete. If approved, the drawing is viewable to those with access to documentum. If rejected, the draftsmen are notified with rejection reasons. Approved drawings have item codes created in MRPII, linking the drawing to BOMs, sales orders, and the production planning system.
