It is to submit that, the one pillar and shutters of gate on one side are damage during the vehicle
accident. This gate is mainly operated for the movement of Hon͛ble Chief Minister͛s convoy. The Zonal
Commissioner (CZ) GHMC has instructed to attend repairs immediately. In view of above (3) competitive
Quotations from the agencies of similar experience has been received.

In compliance to the instructions, the estimated is prepared for RS 42,000/- based on lowest of
3 comparative Quotations,   Quotation is being the lowest.

In view of urgency, the above work is entrusted to Sri. K. Krishna Prasad, Contractor, on
nomination basis at estimated rates and the work is completed.

Hence, It is submitted for according administrative sanction of funds for Rs.42,000/- and
approval of agency in favour of Contractor Expenditure is chargeable to related
Head of account under general budget for the year 2010-11. The work is completed. Therefore the
action taken on view of completion may be ratified. Please
