1. When you are finished editing your document, click
on the Microsoft Office button at the top left of the screen 2. Select the print button and press print 3. Click the dropdown menu to change the name of the printer 4. Select the name Adobe PDF 5. Click print and choose where to save your document (it is easiest to save to the desktop) 6. Release your document from the print station
