LSSU Itinerary:

Travel Squad to be released 9-28-2010 after practice

Friday October 1, 2010:

4pm: Eat Dinner. QD open at 4pm

4:30pm: Charter bus arrives Norris Center
5:00pm: Charter bus departs Norris Center for Lansing.
9:30pm: Arrive hotel Days Inn Lansing
9:45pm: Brief team meeting (Location TBD)

6-9am breakfast at hotel

8am: pre-race shakeout run
10:30am Depart hotel for course
11:15pm Women’s warm-up
12pm: Women’s Race
12pm: Men’s warm-up
12:45pm Men’s Race
2:00pm Estimated departure from course
3:00pm Meal (Chinese buffet in Alma, MI)
3:45pm Depart Alma for SSM, MI
7:15pm Estimated return to LSSU Campus

Distance: Women – 5000 Meters Men – 8000 Meters

Starting Times: Women’s race @ Noon Men’s race @ 12:45 PM

Entry Fee: $100 per Team $200 Men/Women $20 per individual

Scoring: This is a scored meet

Awards: Award to the top 15 Male and top 15 Female runners.

Results: Available at the conclusion of the meet. Emailed to all coaches

Course: Fast with good footing

Entries are due by 6:00 PM on Tuesday September 28, 2010
