Meeting Place: Hope Center Wood stock Georgia
Meeting time: 3:00pm to 7:00pm
Hours of meeting: 4 hours

Goal:
1. Meeting with entire Hope Center staff
2. Issue user guides
3. Present overview of network
4. Answer individual questions
5. Provide customer with Network Documentation.

Notes:
Today was the last day technically for the project and all was completed we
presented the customer with all technical documentation of the network. And provided
answers to all questions. We received very positive feedback form the Hope Center
personnel. The customer was very happy with the user manuals provided to them because
they where a step by step walk through of configuring the most important devices on the
network. There was a few minor things that the customer requested such as a password
change. This was done very simply. The network documentation is set up so that any one
either an IT professional or a everyday user can configure and trouble shoot it.

Setbacks:
No setbacks are apparent
