Time Extension

H.C. Damian Construction is requesting a time extension for contract number due to delays. They cite three reasons for the delay: 1) Delayed issuance of meter bases which affected installation of CSE components. They request additional days and the number to be approved. 2) Frequent rain delayed installation of meter bases. They again request additional days and space for approval. 3) Delayed delivery of CSEP components. They once more request additional days and leave space for approval. In total they request additional days and leave space for the total number of days to be approved. The request is submitted by H.C. Damian and justified by the project inspector with final approval by the CMD head.
