Rules

The rules of the game prohibit taking more than one step while possessing the ball, physical contact between players, and running with the ball. Players must be at least three feet away when defending and the ball can only be held for three seconds. Teams consist of 5 members but boys are not allowed to shoot and their goals will not count. Players must follow the referee's decisions and the rules of the game.

RULES OF GAME:

2. It does not permit players to take more than one step when in
possession of the
ball. Consequently, the only way to move the ball towards the goal is
to throw the
ball to a teammate.

3. The ball cannot be held by one person for more than 3 seconds at
any one time.

4. Defence is restricted -- not only is contact not permitted, but players


must be at
least three feet (90 centimeters) away to defend.

5. Physical contact is not permitted e.g. Hand-slapping or elbowing. If


contact is
made, the ball will be passed to the team against which the penalty
was
committed.

6. If a player runs with the ball, possession is given to the other team.

7. Each team consists of 5 members, However, boys will not be allowed


to shoot. Goals
that are made by boys will not be counted as a goal.

8. Teams should follow the rules of the game and has to adhere to the
decisions of
the referee.

9. must shoot outside of the D. players not allowed to enter the D.


goals from inside the D not counted.

10. no cursing and swearing allowed.

11. warnings are issued when a player commits a terrible foul. The
player must sit out of
the game for 1 minute. After 3 fouls, the player is sent off.

12. FOUL- when a player with the ball jumps and then lands with the
ball still in his / her hands, Once a player jumps with the ball in her
hands, it must be released (whether via a pass or a try ) before she
lands.
