Notice under article No: 31 (a) of the constitution of All India Postal Extra Departmental
Employees’ Union, It is here by given that a meeting of circle working committee of All India Postal
Extra Departmental Employees’ Union , Orissa Circle Branch will be held at Cuttack GPO
Recreation Club, Cuttack 15.08.10 to 16.08.10 (Sunday & Monday) . The members of circle
working committee and Divisional Secretaries are requested to attend the meeting in time; the
flowing agendas shall be discussed in the meeting. The meeting Commence from 10 AM sharp.

AGENDA

(1) Condolence to Departure Souls.


(2) Discussion and confirmation of circle secretary Report.
(3) Review of Indefinite strike.
(4) Payment of 60% arrears.
(5) Non payment of quota to CHQ & Circle by the Divisions.
(6) Circle Union Account.
(7) Organization Review.
(8) Discussion of Staff problems.
(9) 7th September-2010 one day General Strike.
(10) Any other Item with permission of the chair.
