This document is a questionnaire for middle and low level management staff at Zisco regarding recapitalization challenges and strategies. It asks respondents about their gender, level of management, department, strategies used to raise capital, whether current strategies are best, suggestions for alternative strategies, whether adequate finance was raised, challenges to recapitalization and severity of challenges, actions taken to overcome challenges, and suggestions for successful recapitalization. The purpose is to gather information for a research project on recapitalization challenges and strategies to overcome them being conducted by a final year business management student.

My name is Edina Tengende, a final year student at Midlands State University currently doing
Bachelor of Commerce Honors Degree in Business Management. As a partial fulfilment of the
