Lesson Plan Kindness Week Reflective Writing
Now that kindness week is over, lets reflect on our
feelings during kindness week, what changes we noticed our friends doing to being kinder to one another, and our plan to continue being kind in the future. K-2: 1. What did I do during kindness week to show kindness? 2. Who did I notice being kind and how did that make me feel? 3. What can I do next week to continue showing kindness to classmates? 4. Why is it important for me to continue being kind? What should I do if I notice others not being kind to each other? 5. How will I know that I have continued to be kind? 6. Come up with a plan for how you will be a kindness Husky in your class. K- Write 2 sentences describing your plan. 1- Write 3-5 sentences describing your plan. 2- Write 5-8 sentences describing your plan. 3-5 1. What did I do during kindness week to show kindness to others? What pattern did I notice in peoples reaction to me being kind? 2. How did my kindness impact others around me? Explain how you know. 3. Analyze how you felt when people were kind to you? Did you feel your response was more positive or negative that how you usually respond to that person. 4. How can I proactively implement kindness into my daily life in and outside of school? 5. Create a kindness plan that can be implemented K-5 that is student run and will encourage kind behavior throughout the day at school.
