Negative Tag Question

There are two types of tag questions: 1. Negative tag questions are used with positive sentences and have the pattern of a positive sentence followed by a negative tag question. 2. Positive tag questions are used with negative sentences and have the pattern of a negative sentence followed by a positive tag question. Examples of each type are given to illustrate their structure and use.

Pattern : 1. Positive sentence, Negative tak question?
2. S + auxilary verb/modals + V + O + Adv, negative auxilary / Modals?
auxillary Verb :

To be (be, is, am, are, was, were)

Modals (will, shall, can, would, should, could, must)

Example : - intan are preparing the ingredients for cooking, arent she?
