1. If any of my Team Members is not able to attend the Conference,will the


Research Paper still be published in an IEEE Journal ?
Paper presentation is a must for paper to be published.
2. Can we add co-authors after submission?
For adding co-authors, we have to write to the conference chair at
[email protected]
3. How many authors have to pay the fees for the Conference.
Atleast one payment is must for the paper to be registered and other
authors have to make payment for the conference.
4. In camera ready paper can I include authors name?
Yes, you have to and the camera ready manuscript has to be complete in
all respect.
5. The fee of the conference is 4500+500 or only 4500?
You have to pay only 4500 Rs.
6. What is the last date of payment?
The last day for submitting camera ready manuscript is 15 th Oct for early
bird registration and the final date for registration with additional fees is
till 1st November.
7. Can any of the other authors attend the conference on my behalf?
Yes.
8. What is the last date(extended) for paper registration if it is not by 15 th
oct' 2015 i.e early registration.

Yes, but you have to present your student ID.

10.If all the co-authors register, then do we get any concession?

No. The discount is given on the registration page and is only for IEEE
members.
11.Is there any facility for accommodation?
Jamia is not providing any accommodation on campus but a list of hotels
in collaboration with Jamia would soon be uploaded on INDICON site
containing rooms at discounted rates for the conference.
12.Do we have to make the payment ONLINE or OFFLINE ?
Online payment method is preferred while payment can be made offline.
13.How we will be confirmed about the receipt of the registration fees.
You will be confirmed.
14.Is registration by NEFT transaction is valid.
Yes
15. Will all the authors get certificates?
Only the participatory authors will get the certificates
