To Whom It May Concern:

It is my privilege to write this letter of reference for Morgan Shafer. Ms. Shafer was a student in my Social Work Practice Class during the fall
and winter semesters of the 2014-15 school year. Ms. Shafer has a strong work ethic. She was always current with her assignments, displayed
good time management and has excellent academic skills. Miss Shafer understands and practices the NASW Code of Ethics in her classroom
behavior, and I believe in her personal life. She is a critical thinker, and has good problem solving skills. Her calm demeanor enables her to be
effective both in the classroom and her social work practice.
Morgan is currently placed at Ennis Center for children. She is learning to master the art of social work assessment and engagement while
working with foster children and their families. Wayne State University School of Social Work would be fortunate to have her as a student and
I highly recommend her admittance to the Masters program. I truly believe Morgan Shafer will make an excellent social worker and practice
with skill, and care.
Please contact me if more information is need.

Sincerely,
