Kathleen Wallace is a BSW student at Family Youth Interventions who has completed 120 hours to date. Her field instructor Jolyne Baarck reports that Kathleen continues to have good rapport with clients and is a good teammate, but is still working on gaining crisis call experience and confidence in that area. Kathleen continues to have a even-keel and a good rapport with the adolescent clients. She is a
good teamplayer. Still working on Kathleen getting crisis call experience and building her
confidence in this area. She can also work with staff on looking at a client's age, developmental
stage and presenting issues and what activities to do with that client.
