Thesis Guidelines

Guidelines for Online submission of thesis


1. Login is allowed only with Computer Center (CC) userid and password (Click here).
2. If you don't have CC userid or login problem. Please contact with concerned person.
3. Soft copy of the Abstract and Full Thesis to be uploaded should be in pdf format (compressed). Please
don't make any encryption on the files.
PDF files format:
(a) Abstract one page (If your Roll no is YXXXXXX, the file name should be: YXXXXXX_abstract.pdf)
(b) Full thesis (If your Roll no is YXXXXXX, the file name should be: YXXXXXX.pdf)
Pl. ensure that the pdf file is complete in all respects as in the hardcopy and that the page nos. are
in serial order.
It is mandatory to insert certificate page duly signed by the supervisor(s) bearing DOAA stamp in
the full thesis softcopy.
4. In case you want withhold release of thesis on the web. Please submit the form duly signed by the
student/supervisor. Click here to download form .
5. Thesis submitted through online will be verified by the library staff and finally moved to the repository.
6. NO DUES CERTIFICATE will be issued after verification of the online thesis has been submitted in the
repository and clearing the books dues if any.
