Note:

 Monthly Minimum Wage (below 20 regular workers) = 928,860 won


 8hrs work (Mon~Fri) + 4hrs work (Sat)
 Overtime Wage = 4110won x 150% x OT-hrs
 Nightshift Differential = 4110 x 50% x hrs (work from 10pm~6am)

Sample Computation (I chose March 2010 because 1st day of the month starts Monday):

1st weekday (주간) (March 1~5):


Mon~Fri (8:30~11:00) OT Computation:
 14.5hrs – 8hrs (regular work) - 1hr (lunch break) – 15min. (dinner break)
 Total OT = 5.35hrs/day
 Nightshift Differential: 1hr/day
 [4110won x 5days x 5.35hrs/day x 150%] + [4110won x 5days x 1hr x 50%]
 164,913.75won + 10,275won
 175,188.75won

Sat (죽간) (March 6): 8:30 ~ 7:30


 11hrs – 4hrs (regular work) - 1hr (lunch break)
 Total OT = 6hrs
 4110won x 1 day x 6hrs x 150%
 36,990 won
Sun (주간) (March 7): 8:30 ~ 5:30
 9hrs – 1hr (lunch break)
 Total OT = 8hrs
 4110won x 1 day x 8hrs x 150%
 49,320 won

So, total OT & ND for 1st week is 261,498.75 won

2nd weekday (야간) (March 8~12):


Mon~Fri (7:30~8:30) Computation:
 13hrs – 8hrs (regular work) - 1hr (break) – 15min. (break)
 Total OT = 3.85hrs/day
 Nightshift Differential: 6.85hrs/day
 [4110won x 5days x 3.85hrs/day x 150%] + [4110won x 5days x 6.85hrs x 50%]
 118,676.25won + 70,383.75won
 189,060 won

 13hrs – 4hrs (regular work) - 1hr (break) – 15min. (break)
 Total OT = 7.85hrs
