During I completed the checklist for Basic Tech Skills, I found I still
have a large room to improve my technology skills. There are
some problems I have in this field.
Firstly, the difficult part for me to understand the checklist is the
language transformation. Maybe I know a lot of skills mentioned
in the checklist actually, but I cannot recognize them in English.
So the first goal I want to complete is familiar with the language
transformation.

Secondly, although I am familiar with the general word processing
skills, I am not good at using its advanced function. Normally, I use
Word to write papers. So the basic functions like composing,
creating a header and footer, changing fonts and styles of text
always are used when I write papers. Also, sometimes when I want
to get some result, I usually use the way that not effective. Like
forcing material to new page, I usually use the return type again
and again instead of the skill like using page break. So the result is
that although I know how to use the effective skill, I am not familiar
with it. The goal for this part is learning how to use the advanced
function about Microsoft Word.
