Sub: Resignation Letter
Dear Ruben/Wael,

Please accept this letter as notice of my resignation from the position of HSE manager at CGC-Sacyr
JV, Al Kheesa Project.
As per the terms of my employment contract, I will continue to work for the company for the next One
month, completing my employment on 02-19-2016.
The reason for my resignation is for last few weeks CGC HR department is pushing me to transfer my
visa to their sponsorship which I cannot do, also last two years I have working for the company but
there is no salary increment, even though I change my position from a safety offer to HSE manager
but my salary remains same. With these more responsibility I deserve the salary for this position but
that is not happening from company side.
If company want to retain me then I have a few conditions which are

New contract as an HSE manager with suitable salary for the position after settling my all dues
(pending salary,leave salary and end of service settlement)
No visa/Sponsorship change to CGC.

If company cannot agree with the terms which I am forwarding then I have no option other than leave
this position.
I have enjoyed being a part of the team and I am thankful for the opportunities you have given me
during my time here. If there are any areas in particular you would like me to focus on during my notice
period, please let me know.

I hope that I can rely on you for a positive reference in future.
