Focus Group: by Conor Window

The focus group provided mostly positive feedback on the opening sequence. They praised the professional shots and effects, well-written and spoken voiceover, and costumes that suited the movie's narrative. The sixth form head also praised the high quality shots and non-diegetic sound. However, some criticism included that people in the background interfered with shots, and Frankie's tie placement at the end was flawed. The document discusses the focus group feedback on the opening movie sequence.

Focus Group

Feedback
The majority of the feedback we received for our opening sequence
was positive. We were told that it looks very professional (the shots
and effects). The audience told us that the voiceover is very well
written and spoken, as well as the costumes being very well suited
to the narrative of our movie. The head of our sixth form also
praised the high quality shots and non-diegetic sound within our
project. However one criticism that the audience had was that the
people in the background interfered with our shots, however this is
a factor we realised we would not be able to prevent. Another was
the positioning of Frankies tie at the scenes conclusion, we realise
this was a flaw of our own fault. (I presented the presentation to the
focus group, whilst my partner Harry took the pictures).
