8. An experiment was set up as shown in Diagram 8 to show the action of the enzyme in
saliva on starch.
Satu eksperimen telah disediakan seperti pada Rajah 8 untuk menunjukkan tindakan enzim
dalam air liur terhadap kanji.

The solution in each test tube was tested with iodine and Benedicts solution at the beginning
of the experiment and then after 30 minutes.
