Your offer as per your above referred estimate for undertaking of drip/sprinkler irrigation system for the crop Maize,Sugarcane in
the field of Thiru/Thirumathy GURUNATHAN is accepted and we are happy to issue our work order as per the following conditions
1 The delivery of the entire system will be made at the beneficiarys field. The system should be supplied within 10 days and

installation should be completed within another 7days. No extension of delivery time will be given by this department. If delivery
is not effected within time the order will be cancelled.
2 The invoice in quadruplicate in the name of the beneficiary as mentioned in this purchase order may be sent to this office on

completion of the job.


3 There should not be any variation between the estimate and the invoice.
4 Eligible subsidy will be released by this department on receipt of all documents as above.
5 Warranty: You will issue a warranty letter to the farmer to the effect that the material supplied will carry a warranty for 3 years

and you will extend after sales service free of cost for a minimum period of 3 years to the complete satisfaction of farmer. You
should attend to any complaints from the farmer on the default within 24 hours of such intimation in writing.
6 All materials supplied against this purchase order should carry ISI marking as agreed by you.
7 The manufacturer will be responsible for repair (or) replacement of the system components against any manufacturing defects.
8 You will train the beneficiary on the operation of this system and simple maintenance.
9 For having accepted the above terms and conditions, you are requested to send the duplicate copy of this work order duly

signed.
10By virtue of issuing this work order, liability of the Department shall be limited to payment of subsidy portion only subject to

satisfaction of all relevant Terms and Conditions.
