AN ORDER DESIGNATING (NAME), (POSITION), AT THE OFFICE OF (OFFICE OF THE
FOCAL PERSON) AS THE LGUS FOCAL PERSON TO ALL GRASSROOT PARTICIPATORY
BUDGETING PROCESS AND PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, the Grassroot Participatory Budgeting Process is a unique program
introduced by the Department of the Interior and Local Government to ensure the financial
support of national government agencies in the implementation of LGUs development
programs and projects;
WHEREAS, in order to facilitate coordination with national government agencies
concerned and ensure faithful compliance with the requirements needed for the projects,
there is the need to designate a Focal Person for this purpose;
NOW THEREFORE, I, Melinda G. Kiat, Municipal Mayor, by the virtue of the powers
vested in me by law, do hereby order the designation of (Name), (Position), at the office of
the (Office of the Focal Person) as Focal Person of the LGU to all GPB Programs and Projects;
This order shall take effect immediately.
