To connect a Ricoh printer, open Run and connect to \\ricoh, right click the Ricoh B&W printer and install the driver when prompted, updating and finishing the driver installation. A new printer connection will be made successfully but login with email credentials or swipe an attendance ID is required to print.

Follow the below Steps to connect Ricoh Printer

1. Open Run \\ricoh

2. Right click Ricoh B&W printer and connect

3. Click on Install driver when prompt.

4. Updating driver and finish.

New printer connection has been made successfully.

In order to the print,need to login with e-mail credentials


or swipe attendance ID.
