Cascades Golf Course will host the 2015 Fall Two-Person Championship on October 24th with a 27-hole scramble and alternate shot format. The $60 entry fee per player includes a cart and skins game. After 18 holes the field will be cut in half to determine two flights for cash prizes from $100 to $250 per flight based on team placement. The entry deadline is October 20th and tee times will be available online on October 22nd, with no refunds after the deadline.

Entry Fee: $60 Per Player Includes Cart & Skins Game
FORMAT: 27-Hole, Two-Person Stroke Play. The field will be cut in half after 18 holes to determine
2 flights. Tee-times will be assigned between 10:00 a.m. & 12:00 p.m.
Front 9: Alternate Shot
Back 9: Scramble
Front 9: Best Ball
CASH PRIZES PER FLIGHT
(Based on 25 teams-prizes will adjusted for lower or higher numbers of entries. GIFT CERTIFICATES
MAY BE SUBSTITUTED TO RETAIN AMATEUR STATUS)
1st Place Team: $250
2nd Place Team: $150
3rd Place Team: $100

Entry Deadline: Tuesday, October 20, 2015
