Down Time Analysis

The down time report for February 2010 from a bottling plant shows: - The total downtime was 1823 minutes. - The top three causes were filler and crowner problems at 30.12%, bottle delay from warehouse at 20.13%, and contract labor problems at 17.66% respectively. - Together these top three issues accounted for over 67% of the total downtime. - Other issues included conveyor problems, caser problems, syrup feeding pump problems and various other mechanical and technical faults.
