On 8/23/2015, at about 0313 hrs, victim Woods-Hall was with his girlfriend and her sister, when three
suspects confronted them. Victim Woods-Hall refused to exit the car and the three suspects pulled out
firearms and shot victim Woods-Hall while shouting Holly Park. Victim Woods-Hall was originally
thought/reported to have died, but he is still alive and is in HMC.
The suspects are Holly Park gang members and the victim is a Tuk Town Kings gang member

On 8/24/15, Gang Unit Detectives were monitoring a viewing in the Skyway area for a recent homicide
victim Ramon MITCHELL. The victim was associated with the 74 Hoover street gang. Detectives
observed S/ROSE, Sayvaun leaving the area in a black Chev Impala with no plates.
On 9/27/2014, ROSE was in his Oldsmobile and a firearm was found within. PC was developed that he
illegally possessed the firearm.

homicide victim Ramon MITCHELL. The victim was associated with the 74 Hoover street gang.
Detectives observed S/JIMERSON, Jevon leaving the area in a black SUV. S/JIMERSON (74 Hoover
gang associate) was wanted on a felony warrant.
S/JIMERSON was taken into custody for an active no bail felony warrant out of King
County Superior Court for VUCSA.
