Refer to your letter No.ROH/28/HRM/MST-05/5980 dated 19 Jun 15.

It is a matter of pride for me to joining your reputed organisation in due
course. However, as i am retired from Indian Navy in the month of Feb 15
and after retirement as you know lots of responsibility comes i.e family
shifting from duty station to home station and other formalities like handing
over of accommodation and most important is family commitments as my
daughter who is three years old is not keeping well and she is undergoing
treatment.

It is therefore requested that extension may be granted to join bank on
late date i.e on or before 30 Sep 2015.
