MWSI and WABAG operator to provide seperate report within one (1) hour upon discovery
(email or teleponic message/call)

Wabag, MWSI and DMCI to conduct joint investigation of the incident.


Wabag to provide a corrective and preventive action report (CPAR of the joint site investigation
indicating agreed findings, corrective action, responsible party, timeline for rectification and
preventive action.

WABAG to implement rectification base on the agreed timeline.


WABAG, DMCI and MWSI to conduct joint investigation of the rectified work to determine if
the issue causing the mulfunction was satisfactorily addressed. If the rectification was found to
be unsatisfactory the process will be repeated from step. 2.
