Project "Portal" aims to create an online portal for landlords to securely access their monthly management statements and copy invoices for the properties that the company manages on their behalf, in order to eliminate the current manual process of collating, attaching, and posting these documents each month. The company manages over 500 properties for landlords who each own varying numbers of properties. Data related to the landlords' statements and invoices will be exported from the company's existing Access-based software system and incorporated into the new portal.

Project Portal

Introduction
We manage in region of 500 properties on behalf of Landlords. Some Landlords
own a few properties, some own only one.
At present, we produce management statements (sample copy attached) for
every Landlord and, importantly, attach copy invoices relating to their properties
every month.
The statements are copy invoices are collated manually and posted at end of
every month.
We wish to remove the manual process completely and have a portal where
Landlords can log in securely and view their monthly statements and copy
invoices.
Our current software if Access based and we expect to be able to export the data
from it in any form required.
