Dear Dr. Lahcen,


Due to the various limitations in our outdated control system (SIMATIC PCS7 V6.1
with CEMAT V6.1), and due to the expiry of its runtime license, we are interested in
migrating it to the latest reliable trusted version of PCS7 & CEMAT software with a
new runtime license. We will entrust this upgrading to who is interested and is well
trusted for fulfilling this project in a professional way with the minimum downtime
period, due to the known operation restrictions.
If you are interested, kindly submit your quotation including technical and financial
details to us. It will be very appreciated if the technical offer will include details of
the required upgrade software packages, the hardware components entitled for
upgrade (if any), and the expected down time of the system during this upgrade
procedures.
All your questions about any further details are most welcomed; also specialists site
visits to review our existing system will be facilitated. Your soonest reply will be very
