Reflection on my MCT feedback
My second lesson with my MCT observation was about
subtracting a multiples of 100 to a 3-digit numbers. For me this lesson was the best because I gained a lot of different experiments during the whole last four weeks. Students were excited about the table of stickers. It was about the group which will have the biggest number of stickers according to their behaviors will get five house points. Moreover, the interesting activity which I did was the video( this step was improved from the previous feedback). Students loved it because it was different from the normal way and it supported me to perform better because of the interactive learning environment. My instructions were clarified very well and clear to students. According to my teacher the connection which I made between the last and the new lesson was effective for students to get deep understanding. I absolutely agree with her and especially my students need to be reminded all the time about how to solve a math problem then they will be able to do it by themselves. I think that my last math lesson went so well because of the creative activity at the engagement part, the good controlling strategy, the extra work which was prepared for high level students and the concept of the lesson which was demonstrated clearly for the students.
