This CAR M provides requirements for the issue of an aircraft
maintenance engineers licence and conditions of its validity
and use for aeroplanes and helicopters.
The Revision is being issued to revise conversion of licences
issued prior to CAR-66 and examination credits.
The revision also revises the License form.
