Introducing Texture

The document contains information about two lesson plans involving identifying and performing different musical textures. The first lesson plan has students listen to songs and identify whether they represent monophonic, harmonic, or polyphonic textures. They then draw pictures representing the textures. The second lesson plan divides students into groups who listen to songs, identify texture examples, and physically perform three textures while the songs play.
