To create a form in an existing database, open the database and click "Form Design" to view existing fields. Drag all fields from the database onto a template form and arrange them as desired. Click the "Title" button and add a title to the form to help identify it and reduce mistakes when working with it. Colorful titles also make forms more engaging.

Creating Forms

Creating
The Form
To create the form, you
must first open an existing
database as this is where
you will find the existing
fields. It will say Form
Design Press on this button
and all of the fields will open
up and drag all of them onto
the open template and put
them where you want them.
Press on the Title button
and add a title. I did this
because it is easier to not
make mistakes. Also, there
is more chance of doing it if
it is colourful.
