Green track profiles for superstructures:

# 1 / REQUIREMENTS
u

The track is completely preassembled and approved for the installation of green track profiles.

Rail chambers are free of cinder and grate plates.

# 2 / PREPARATION
u Arrange

green track profiles (inner and outer profiles) along the track.

# 3 / INSTALLATION
u Place

the green track profiles so that they lie against the


rail head and rest on the fastening. Begin on one side to
knock the elements under the rail head. Take a hammer
and knock the profiles down by knocking on the surface
(1). Then join the profiles together by knocking on the front
sides in order to create a gap-free surface.

u The

profiles have to be adjusted accordingly to rail joints


(welded joints), junction boxes and other conditions.
Electric tenon saws or chain saws lend themselves to that
(danger of accident).

u The

substrate can be installed subsequently according to


the guidelines of the grass supplier.

u The

profiles can be removed for maintenance work and


then reinstalled.
The grass has to be removed partially at the profiles.

u Removing

the elements is done by inserting a crowbar into


the air vent slot at the joint and lifting it up.

u Grease

the rail head with a lubricant before the reinstalling


is carried out according to #3 of these instructions.
