This Agreement Is Made Between

This contract agreement is between a first party and a second party for rental of advertising boards services. The second party will provide rental services for static boards of sizes 70" by 45" and 65" by 48" at the Biratnager Airport Departure Main Waiting area. The first party will pay 70,000 NRS plus VAT per year to the second party, with 50% paid up front and the remaining balance after 3 months. If the branding needs to be removed due to rules or unavoidable reasons, the first party only pays for the period the boards were in existence. The first party is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the boards. The contract is valid from a start date to an end date

Contract Agreement

This is an agreement between ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,. Biratnager, Nepal (herein after called as the
"FIRST PARTY"), and M/s Smart Media and Technology Pvt. Ltd. Tridevi Marga, Kathmandu (herein
referred as the "SECOND PARTY"), for rental of advertising boards service. Both the parties agree to
following terms and conditions.
1. Second party will provide following services to the first party:
a.

Rental service of Static Board of the size 70 by 45


Airport Departure Main Waiting.

and 65 by 48 at the Biratnager

2. FIRST PARTY will pay NRS 70,000.00 (In words NRS Seventy Thousand Only.) with vat for per
year, payment shall be made 50% at the time of signing contract and balance at the end of 3 rd
month.
3. If the agreed branding in any boards has to be removed because of change in Government rules
& regulations or any other unavoidable reasons First Party will pay Second Party only up to
period board was in existence.

Liability of Contract:
a. First party will not be responsible or liable in any means for loss or damage of property or life
caused by boards or its parts during the agreed period.

Validity of Contract:
a. This contract is valid from _________________ to ____________________ subject to annual
renewal of the contract with the mutual consent of both parties.
