I wish to request from your good office that the selected players from your school be
allowed to join the training in preparation for the Provincial Meet which is set on last week of
November 2013.
There is an urgent need to practice in the different events as the scheduled Provincial Meet
is so close. The team cannot train fully without the presence of every member.
I hope that this letter merit your most favorable response. Your cooperation in this matter
will contribute much to the success of our players and the delegation as a whole.
