Your responsibilities:
Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system
Update data and edit stock orders in the inventory management system/SAP
Receives and verifies incoming materials and reconciles with Goods Receipt Note
Verify part number on stock and tracks surplus; prepares stock lists for monthly
review
Kitting and parts issue to manufacturing as per instructions of production planning
and control
Maintain Daily report & issue abstract sheet properly
Monthly Cycle counting as per schedule

Your competencies and qualifications:


Graduate in any discipline with 5-8 years in Stores/Logistics function in Engineering
Industry
Knowledge of SAP is essential
Knowledge about taxation and logistics
Good communication skills
Knowledge of ISO Documentation
Knowledge and implementation of 5S
Knowledge of inventory control procedures
Knowledge of material handling procedures
