Your responsibilities:
> Customization of machines as per customer requirements. Integration of new
applications on standard machines.
> Developing PLC, HMI and Motion softwares for customer orders / new machines
using set protocols and SOPs..
> Development of new blocks in PLC, HMI and Motion software for existing / new
machines.
> Updation and maintenance of PLC, HMI and motion softwares.
> Technical support to assembly and service team for machine softwares
> Machine start up and testing for commercial orders.
> Customer support to all the imported lines.
> Troubleshooting at customer site during service and commissioning.
> Project execution and coordination for Center of Competences following the
standard processes.

Your competencies and qualifications:


> Diploma (6-8 yrs)/B.E.(3-5 yrs)in Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication /
Electrical having experience in design and Control Systems.
> Domain of Packaging Machines (Pharma will be preferred) or Special Purpose
Machines.
> Sound knowledge of PLC, HMI and Motion programming for Siemens, Allen
Bradley, Rexroth, Wonderware, Elau controllers.
> Thorough know-how on programming languages, example Simatic S7 manager,
coDesys, Rexroth, Wonderware.
> Vast experience in block programming using Simatic and Rexroth controllers.
> Knowledge of motion control is must.
> Knowledge of SCADA and data acquisition systems is must.
> Good know-how of panel wiring and electrical systems.
> Knowledge on interfacing PLC with Motion controller and HMIs is must.
