At this meeting, we made sure that the location and actor


release forms were signed. We also had reached a final decision
on when we can film. We asked our actors when they were free and
made plans on that day. We decided to book the camera for the
weekend so that we have two whole days to film. We decided that
we will be filming on the 18th of October so that we have a week
to plan everything out.

Get everyones views on the paperwork and what to improve.
