Im Suman Das had made a Demand Draft in favor of IGNOU on Dated 2309-2014 of DD No : 754770 , payable at New Delhi. But the study center return
my DD informing that it should be sent to Bhubaneswar Study center and should
be payable at Bhubaneswar.
Hence, I am requesting you , kindly accept my DD and change the Drawee Bank
address .
