JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION


We, CONFUCIO L. WONG and MARRY ANNE M. WONG, both of legal age,
Filipinos and a resident of 136 M. Roxas St., Brgy. Tabora, Baguio City, Philippines,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:
1. We are the parents of ROY GABRIEL WONG who is studying at Baguio City
High School-Main Campus;
2. Our son applied for an Entrance Exam at the UP-Baguio City Campus and
was required to explain why he did not enter school during the year of 2006
up to 2010, hence this affidavit of explanation;
3. The reason why our son did not enter school during the year 2006 up to
2010 is that on April, 2006 to August, 2008 he attended Missionary Works
and Seminar and travelled to different towns, provinces and was based in
Tuguegarao City;
4. On October, 2008 up to the present he is attending his KUMON Classes, an
special class specializing on Math subject;
5. On February, 2009, he attended the Alternative Learning System (ALS) and
on October, 2009 he took the Alternative Learning System (ALS) with an
average grade of 94%;
6. On June, 2010, he enrolled at the Baguio City High School-Main Campus as
a Second (2nd) year and still studying until now he is 4th year;
7. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing
statements, and to explain the reason why our son was not able to enter
school during the year of 2006 up to 2010 and for all other legal intents and
purposes it may serve.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hand this 2nd day of August
