3 Manual for Long-term Mail Storage Using Replication


Please use this manual in case you want to store your mails on the server into your local PC using Notes
R 8.5.3s replication feature.

Creating a Replication
The replica will be created on your local PC. When connecting via Remote Access, there may be cases
Where in a replica is not created correctly depending on the network conditions.
1- Launch Notes.
2- Select [Advanced Menus] to get more Replica options.









3- Right Click on the email icon, select [Replication] option > New Replica

4- Follow the below instructions then click OK

Note: After we click on OK button, the replica file will be created.
5- [Replication and Sync] windows will appear. Simply close it.

6- Unchecked [Stack Replica Icons] option to show the local replica file.




7- Right click on the Ulocal replica fileU then select [Replication] > [Options for this Application]


8- Follow the instructions in next six steps.

9- In order to check if the email Replication is working correctly please follows next steps.



10- Uncheck [send document to server] option.
