Level 2 / UKCC 2 ) and his Home Country’s CRB check must be lodged with this registration.

I confirm that have read and agree to abide by the ECB Regulations on player eligibility and qualification criteria and the
ECB Code of Conduct . I confirm that I am NOT able to play for England under these Regulations. I accept that
disciplinary actions resulting from breaches of the Code of Conduct will apply to all cricket played under the auspices of
the ECB. I understand that the information supplied by me may be held electronically for registration purposes and may
be made available to other cricketing bodies. I declare that I have not played in League or Cup competitions in the
Southern Premier Cricket League , the Hampshire Cricket League, any ECB accredited Premier League nor a National
Cup Competition this season. I am not registered with any other Club in the Southern Premier League or any other ECB
accredited Premier League

No Category 2 & 3 player can be registered after the 1st July of the current playing season.
