Add Notes
When using more than one adjective, care should be taken to arrange them in
the right order, according to the type. Such types are explained as follows,
Opinion
An opinion adjective explains, ones perception about something, or someone.
For example,
silly, beautiful, horrible, difficult.
Size
A size adjective represents sizes of a thing, i.e. either big, or small.
For example,
large, tiny, enormous, little.
Age
An age adjective illustrates the age of something or someone, i.e. either young, or old.
For example,
ancient, new, young, old.
Shape
A shape adjective describes the shape, or structure of something.
For example,
square, round, flat, rectangular.
Colour
A colour adjective describes, the colour or shades of things, people, etc.
For example,
blue, pink, reddish, grey.
Origin
An origin adjective describes the place, which would have been the native place,
source of origin of things, people, etc.
For example,
French, lunar, American, eastern, Greek.
Material
A material adjective describe the content of construction, i.e. type of material,
out of which something is made of.
For example,
wooden, metal, cotton, paper.
