APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR HERITAGE


FINE FLAKES FINISH

Step 1: Add one full pack / can of Heritage Bonding agent into a clean plastic tub.
For the above products Heritage Bonding Agent and water ratio is 1: 2.
Initially add 75% of the specified quantity of water & mix with Bonding
Agent.
Step 2: Slowly add the contents of one full pack Heritage Dry Material, into the
diluted
Heritage bonding Agent with intermittent mixing by hand only (No
machinery)
Leave the dough for 20-30 minutes and allow the consistency to build up.
Step 3: Make up the consistency if required (depending upon the climatic
conditions and Substrate.
Apply the dough on to the substrate by using a trowel uniformly Cover the
substrate.
Re-trowel (without the dough) the coated surface when the material is
semi-dry
Ensure that the coated area is not tampered to exposed to rain for a
minimum
Period of seven days (which is the minimum curing time under normal
weather
Conditions) after completion of application

Heritage Fine Flakes can be applied easily with the help of trained applicator.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR APPLICATION:
Ensure that the ambient temperature does not fall below 8C at the time of
application and up to 4 hrs after the application.
One full packet should be mixed at one go to ensure dry material and bonding
agent to mix properly and to get a uniform finish.
