Given the simplified data requirements of the sales database of a real estate agency in
Mwanza as follows:
The company has several branches throughout Mwanza. The data held about each
branch is the branch address made up of street,suburb and postcode, and the
telephone number.Each branch is given a branch number, which is unique
throughout the company.
Each branch has staff members woring for it. Each staff member is described by
a staff number which is unique throughout the company and name, gender,
position and salary.
Each branch has a list of properties. The information about a property include
property number, which is unique for each property,address comprising street!
number, street and postcode, type of property"at,unit,house#, number of
bedrooms, and seller name, Each property also has a report of the equipments"air!
conditioner, dishwasher..# coming with it, recording the name of equipments and
their status.
$ustomers are persons who have approached the company with an interest in
