Summary

English Communication is an integral part of todays life. Engineering students come from
different backgrounds with different mother tongues. It is imperative for them to overcome
their native accentual patterns and gain proficiency in speaking English. They also need to
acquire optimum writing skills. The course of Technical Communication helped in the
development and improvement of the communication skills and linguistic competence of us as
the engineering students and budding technocrats. This course helped us to develop skills that
enabled us to write and present effective scientific and technical documents.
Various things that we learned from this course are-
