A
Written Activity
In this weeks scenario, you work for Meta IT Ltd, a company that provides outsourced IT
services.
Since you are one of the in-house ITIL champions, you have been asked to write a section that is
to be included in a response to a RFI. This section is to explain how Meta ITs total commitment
to ITIL delivers advantages to Meta ITs customers.

Bear in mind you have a tough audience here; every step of the way you must answer the
question So what?. Also, look for opportunities to use similes and metaphors.

B
Work Smart

1. Learning journal
Compare notes.

2. Rapid reading
Widen your focus.

C
Analysis and presentation
The class will be split up into four groups.
Produce a three minute presentation that summarizes an article.
Use small cards for your notes; sheets of paper are too distracting.
